The staff, governors and I are delighted with the report and the many very positive comments that are made across all areas of school life. We are happy that it reflects the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in working together to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils and that the school is run as an effective organisation.
As a school we are very lucky to have a highly dedicated and professional team of people working for our success and I would like to thank them personally for all that they do and the support given to me as head teacher.
I would particularly like to thank our pupils who deserve to be highly praised for achieving the outstanding grading for their behaviour. This judgement not only reflects their general behaviour around the school and the relationships with each other but the outstanding learning behaviours that they demonstrate in lessons through living out PRAISE and our SMART aims. This judgement also celebrates the high expectations that the staff have of the children and the way that they strive to achieve them.
I would also like to thank you for your support through the positive comments given in person to the inspector and through the completion of the parents’ questionnaire. As head teacher, I am delighted that the overwhelming majority of parents are pleased with quality of education and the social and emotional support we provide. I would like to take this opportunity to assure you that the staff, governors and I will continue to strive for excellence in all that we do so that we can provide the best possible care for the children that are entrusted to us.
The staff, governors and pupils are excited about the way forward and the excellent platform that this report provides for continual school improvement as we strive to maintain and build upon our current good practices. It is a good time to look towards the future.
We will be celebrating our report by publishing an article in the local, and through our new school prospectus which will be out for circulation very soon.
